Grilled Veggies are eggplant, peppers and onion. To reheat: Heat in 400f oven top rack 10 minutes uncovered or use a dry pan (no butter) on medium heat, add the sandwich, put a flat lid smaller than the pan on top of the sandwich to weigh it down. Flip after 2 minutes on each side
