Our History

Erin Bause and Amy Bartra are Pottstown natives and attended The Culinary Institute of America. They are third generation local small business owners having established Bause Catered Events Inc in 1989. For over 30 years, Erin and Amy have catered events with beautifully presented and delicious foods for Corporate Events, Weddings, Anniversaries, Showers, and Celebrations of all kinds.

We’re honored that we’re a part of life changing events and are humbled and grateful to be chosen to make these moments beautiful and memorable for you and your guests.

Meet the Team

Erin Bause


Erin completed studies at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY and Graduate Studies at Beringer School for American Chefs with Madeleine Kamman, after a stint at the Montreux Palace in Switzerland.  Erin was Chef de Cuisine at The Coventry Forge Inn and for the Central Intelligence Agency in Langley Virginia in their executive diningroom. 

Amy Bartra

Pastry Chef

After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Amy began at a classical French Pastry Pattiserie in Wayne, PA, and then onto a Wholesale French Bakery in Cherry Hill, NJ. Amy’s expertise lies in creating and developing desserts, production as well as customer service.

Lisa Trevelino

Customer Service Specialist

Lisa is our customer service specialist delighting our Clients with her professionalism and attention to detail. Lisa’s work in research and development, sales and food processing make her invaluable to our team. Lisa is a graduate of Delaware Valley University and Saint Joseph’s University.

Ann Donatelli

Production Specialist

Ann’s skill for detailed and meticulous work and order processing keeps us on track. She is a graduate of Coventry Christian Schools and Montgomery County Community College.

Alanna Hill

Administrative Assistant

Alanna keeps us organized as our administrative assistant in the office handling accounting. She works in the shop and makes deliveries. Alanna is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University.

Lionel Landry

Sous Chef

Lionel has a passion for food with a great gift for combining flavors and textures. Lionel is a student at Lebanon Valley College.
