Catering Policies

Pricing Policy

Sales tax is added to all catering orders.
* If we haven’t worked together in the past, we may require a $200 deposit check to reserve a date. The deposit will be deducted from the Final Bill.
* Children’s meals (under age 10) are half-price.
* Due to price volatility, we may not quote pricing for events 6 months in advance.

Scheduling/Logistics

* Final guest counts are due 10 days in advance via email with any special meals needs (ie gluten-free, vegan, etc) and children (under 10 years old) meals.
* Orders will be sent on upscale disposable platters or you may bring us your platters (at a prearranged time) by the Thursday before your event. Or we will deliver the order on our platters for a 12% catering equipment service charge on delivery/pick up orders only.
* Order pick up at a prearranged time is available as an alternative to delivery.
* Due to bad weather or pandemic-related issues, if your event may be canceled, please contact us at least 5 days in advance. We will work with you on a solution, but need to balance event food purchases and production.
* We ask for at least one week’s notice for pick-up orders and more for Event work. We only take as much work as we can do a great job at and often “close” a date. Six to Eight months’ notice may be needed for our busiest months of May, June, November, and December.
