Filet Mignon w/ Mushroom Duxelle in Puff Pastry with Merlot Sauce. Includes Hor D’oeuvres Bacon Wrapped Scallops (2) and Spinach Gruyere Puffs (2) Two individual Beef Wellingtons and 6 oz Merlot Sauce Caesar Salad for Two Bliss Mashed Potatoes and Maple Carrots Lemon Marscapone Cheesecake w/ Berry Sauce on the side and Triple Chocolate Cookies (4). Heating Instructions Preheat oven to 425°F unless noted Bacon-Wrapped Scallops : Heat uncovered 1½ minutes, until warm. Spinach Gruyère Puffs: Heat uncovered 1 minute, until warm. Crab Cakes: Heat covered 10–12 minutes. Serve remoulade cold. Beef Wellington: Bake 20 min (med-rare) or 24 min (medium). Warm sauce separately; spoon on plate, top with beef. Caesar Salad: Add dressing & croutons to bag, seal and toss. Plate and finish with Parmesan. Maple Carrots: Microwave covered 1½–2 minutes, stir once. Mashed Potatoes: Microwave covered 2–3 minutes, stir once. Lemon Mascarpone Cheesecake: Sauce on plate, cheesecake on top. Cookies on side.
